Jerry Douglas Edwards, 80, of 1030 Mayview Street, Spartanburg, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at the Regional Hospice Home, in Spartanburg.
Jerry was born in Seneca, S.C. on August 21, 1939, a son of the late Ada Omer Thomas Edwards and Robert Lee Edwards and was the husband of Linda Robertson Edwards of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Teresa Edwards of Gaffney, Myra Roberts of Boiling Springs, a son; Tim Edwards of Saluda, SC, a sister; Virginia Dillard of Spartanburg, 5 grandchildren; Shannon, Brandon, Brody, E.J., Logan, and 2 great grandchildren; Rowan and Corbin. He was predeceased by a daughter, Regina Edwards Blanton.
