Jeanette Linder Woodfin

Jeanette Linder Woodfin, 95, formerly of 18 Bishop St passed away Sunday, December 2nd, at Brookview Healthcare Center in Gaffney, SC. Mrs. Woodfin was born in Spartanburg County on November 4, 1917, a daughter of the late John Gary Linder, Sr. and Florence Brown Linder.
She was the widow of Davis C. Woodfin and was first married to the the late H. C. Golightly . She was a member of Inman Presbyterian Church and was a retired beautician, an artist and homemaker.
She is survived by one brother, Henry Linder of Landrum, SC, a sister, Martha Settle of Spartanburg, SC, three step-sons, Carson, Jeff, and Henry Woodfin, two grandsons, David Case and his wife Barbra of Inman, Daniel Case and his wife Carrie of Monticello, Ga., sister-in-law, Iris Linder and a number of great and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy Golightly Case and a brother, Gary Linder, Jr. and a sister, Mary Holder.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. David Ervin. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg, SC The family will be at their respective homes.
