Janet P Free

 Janet Preslar Free, 84, of 290 West Road, Campobello, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at her home.

Janet was born in Charlotte, NC on September 29, 1939, a daughter of the late Gladys Helms Preslar and Ray Luther Preslar and was the widow of David Belton Free, Sr.
She was retired from Southern States Packaging. 

Janet is survived by a daughter, Sandra Bryant and her husband, Rick, of Campobello, South Carolina; two sons Steve Osborne and his wife, Brenda, of Rock Hill, South Carolina; Mark Osborne and his wife, Gwen, of Vale, North Carolina; a stepson, David "Petey" Free, Jr. and his wife, Janet, of Pacolet, South Carolina; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by a sister, Hazel Dry and a brother, Oliver Preslar.
 
The family will receive friends 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, May 24, 2024 at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in Seawright Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM conducted by Rev. Sean Fortner. Interment services at Roselawn Memorial Gardens will be private.
