James Robert "Bob" Williams, 66, of 240 Ridge Rd. Wellford, SC, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 4th, 2013.
Mr. Williams was born in Knoxville, TN on April 4, 1947 and was a son of the late James Ulysses and Grace Elizabeth (MIller) Williams. He worked for the Fairfax County Public Schools in Fairfax, VA.
James is survived by a sister, Yvonne (Williams) Roper, of Inman, SC., a brother, Steven Williams, of Wellford, SC, two nephews, Billy Wilburn of Inman, SC, and James Wilburn and his fiancee Amanda Blalock of Gaffney, SC. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law, Marshall Roper.
The family will be at his sister's home at 10048 Asheville Hwy., Inman, SC.
