Spartanburg, SC--Mr. James "Jimmy" Cecil Robbins, 70, of 134 Willowood Dr, Spartanburg, SC passed away Saturday, November 28th, 2009 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
Mr. Robbins was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 19, 1939, the son of the late Surgeon Robert and Eva B (Mitchum) Robbins.
He is survived by 2 sons, 1 daughter, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 half-sisters, 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
He was formerly employed in textiles and was of the Baptist faith
The family will receive friends Sunday 2:00 - 2:30 PM at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
A memorial service will be held at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home at 2:30 PM on Sunday, November 29th, with Rev John Petty officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
