Ina DeGroff Huggins

Greer, SC---Ina Myree DeGroff Huggins, 92, formerly of Fourth Street Inman, SC, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Brushy Creek Rehab & Healthcare in Greer. Ina was born in Oswego, NY on April 19, 1925, a daughter of the late Harry and Ina Mildred (Townsend) DeGroff.
She was the widow of Emanuel Huggins, a homemaker and a member of Praise Cathedral in Greer. Ina is survived by five children, Sharon Taylor and husband Ray, of Chambersburg, PA; David Huggins and his wife Sue, of Inman, SC; Rose Cannon and husband Kenneth, of Wellford; Sue Howard and husband Steve, of Greer, SC; Billy Huggins, of Spartanburg, along with 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and her faithful companion "Ladybug". The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 2:30 - 3:45 PM at Praise Cathedral in Greer. Funeral Services will follow at Praise Cathedral at 4:00 PM with Rev. Jerry Madden and Rev. Bill Waters officiating. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs.
