Lyman, SC---Helen Lou Revan Berry, 71, of Lyman, was called home to Heaven on Monday, July 18, 2011.
Born September 26, 1939, in Tryon, NC, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Ethel Burrell Revan.
Helen retired from Wachovia Bank after 30 years of service, and was a member of Old Fort Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children with late former husband, Kenneth F. Patterson: Debra P. (John) Baker, of Greenville; Kenneth Ricky (Phyliss) Patterson and Tammy P. Coulter, both of Lyman; and Deidra P. (Jody) Campbell, of LaFayette, GA; grandchildren: Shane Arrowood, Christina Moore, Brittany (Justin) Sprayberry, Ashley Coulter, Andrew Baker, Matthew Patterson, Josh Campbell and Brandon Patterson; great-grandsons: Luke Patterson, and Thai Sprayberry (arrival: September, 2011); and a sister, Wilma Moody. She was predeceased by siblings: J.C. Ravan, William Revan, Charles Revan, Alvin Revan, Cora McCallister, Etta Mae Amerson, and Alma Chapman.
The family thanks Drs. Jeffrey Giguere, Kim Gococo, James Robbins, Steven Trocha, and the staff of the Cancer Centers of the Carolinas and SouthernCare.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2011, from 3:00-4:00 p.m., prior to a memorial service at Seawright Funeral Home, Inman, SC. Private burial will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Landrum, SC.
