Hazel Sweat Fleming, 84, of 850 John B White Blvd, Spartanburg, passed away Sunday, May 15th, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Hazel was born in Wrightsville, GA on September 9, 1937, a daughter of the late Theola Hammick Sweat and Curtis Sweat.

She retired from Bellsouth-ATT and was a member of Center Point Presbyterian Church in Moore, S.C.

She is survived by a daughter, Darlene Smith and her husband, David of Moore, a son, Eugene Fleming and his wife, Linda of Fort Myers, FL, a brother, JC Sweat and his wife, Georgette of Stewart, FL, four grandchildren, Sean Fleming, David Smith, Gina Bigalow, Dawn Shoemaker, and six great grandchildren, Hayden, Catherine, Vaughn, Benjamin, Samuel, and Jude.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 3:00pm at Center Point Presbyterian Church in Moore, S.C. with Rev. Raymond A Hellings, Sr officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home 686 Jeff Davis Drive Spartanburg, SC 29303.
