Harry Mayfield "Bud" Pike, 86, of 534 Highway 56, Spartanburg, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Lake Emory Post Acute Care in Inman. Bud was born in Inman on May 30, 1932, a son of the late Myrtle Brown Pike and Horace Pike. He was the widower of Ima Fowler Pike. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War and was retired from Gramling Brothers. Bud was a member of American Legion Post #45. He is survived by, two daughters; Deborah Hayes and Edna Pike both of Spartanburg, a son; Butch Pike of Columbus, NC, a brother; Joe Pike of Inman, five sisters; Joanne Robins of Boiling Springs, Yvonne Gregory, Barbara Price, Nancy Foster, Dianne Barnett, all of Inman; eleven grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Ollie Hipp and a brother, Ralph "Doodle" Pike. The family is at the home at 534 Highway 56, and will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 23rd at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 24th at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman with Rev. Everett Pierce officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park.
