Inman, SC---Mr. Gregory Eugene Moore, 41, of 743 Hickory Hollow Rd. passed away Sunday, November 8th, 2009.
Born in Sylva, NC on August 16, 1968, he was the son of Donald "Don" Eugene Moore of Franklin, NC and Linda M. (Moffitt) Shaw of Matthews, NC. and stepmother, Linda K. Moore and stepfather, W. Arnold Shaw. He was the loving husband of Stacy (Humphrey) Moore.
He was a graduate of Franklin High School Class of 1986 and a graduate of UNC Charlotte. He was employed at BMW in Greer and was a member of Inman First Baptist Church.
He was the dedicated father of Gracie and Adam Moore, both of the home. Other survivors include:
sister, Shonda Moore of Charlotte, NC; brother, Richard Gibson and (Cyndi) of HayesvilIe, NC; sister, Destiney Moore of Franklin, NC; sister, Holly Moore of Franklin, NC; sister, Kimberly Taylor and (Brad) of Cleveland, NC; sister, Tracy Anderson and (Jeff) of Monroe, NC; brother, Bill Shaw and (Wendy) of Weddington, NC; along with many aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Atrium at the Inman First Baptist Church Wednesday 3-5 PM. Funeral services will be held at Inman First Baptist Church at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 11th, with Dr. Paul Moore officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Inman First Baptist Church Building Fund 14 N. Howard Street Inman, SC 29349 or Disabled American Veterans, 6437 Ferry Rd., Suite 1129 Columbia, SC 29209.
