Gloria Adele Childers Shell, 69, of 109 Fore Ave. Inman, SC, passed away December 22, 2015 at her home.
Born in Gaffney, SC on May 5, 1946 she was a daughter of the late R.D. and Eula (Spencer) Childers and was the wife of Lyndon Burch Shell. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Bill Price (Cheryl) of Inman, SC and Scott Price (Tammy) of Campobello, SC; three daughters, Debbie Price Hicks (Randy) of Boiling Springs, SC, Kim Stevens of Spartanburg, SC and Lynn Taylor (Jason) of Moore, SC; and a step-son, Tim Shell (Veverly), one brother, Don Childers (Norma) of Gaffney, SC along with twelve grandchildren, Heather Holowach (Jacob), Kelly Smith (Justin), Tyler Price (Beth), Lyndsey Price (Rashad), Daniel Nodine (Kera), Jonathan Nodine (Cindy), Matthew Nodine (Nick), Keri Hicks, Allen Hicks, Travis Stevens, Taylor Stevens and Kendel Rhymer and ten great-grandchildren, Shane, Seth, Acaydan, Tori, Bryson, Mackenzie, Chloe, Trey, Tori and Rachel. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by five sisters. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Lake Bowen Baptist Church from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM in the church with Rev. Mark Williams and Chaplain Gary Jordan officiating. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, SC.
