Gloria Swain Lovett

 Gloria Jean Swain Lovett, 78, of Oakland Avenue in Inman, passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center. 
Gloria was born in Spartanburg on December 4, 1944, a daughter of the late Grace Miller Swain and Roy Swain.
She was a graduate of Chapman High School and was retired from Hoechst Celanese after 36 years of service.
Gloria  was a member of Inman First Baptist Church where she previously was very active and a member of the flower committee. 
Her survivors include; a daughter, Stephanie West of Boiling Springs, a son, Stephen Lovett of Inman, two grandsons, Hunter West and Michael Lovett (Caitlin), a granddaughter, Graci Beaty (Erik) and four great grandchildren; Madisyn, Easton, Peyton, and Aaliyah. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a brother, Mickey Swain.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 8th at Inman First Baptist Church with Dr. Paul Moore officiating.
The family is at the home of her daughter at 154 Crossgate Drive, Boiling Springs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Inman First Baptist Church-Flower Committee Fund, 14 N Howard St., Inman, SC 29349.
