Gladys Helen Blackwell
Gladys Helen Blackwell, 93, of Inman, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at her home. Gladys was born in Inman, on January 19, 1928, a daughter of the late Annie (Ravan) and Edd F. Blackwell. Gladys is survived by two sisters, Lula Mae Atkins, and Thelma Camp both of Inman; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Irene B. Bryant and a brother, Olin D. Blackwell.
Gladys was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher, and taught school in Gastonia, and Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
Funeral services will be held, Thursday, January, 20, 2022 at 11:00 AM with visitation following the service at Seawright Funeral Home, 26 East Main Street, Inman, South Carolina 29349 with Dr. Reggie Parker officiating.
A private burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
