Gerolene Hattie Duncan, 74, of 3980 Compton Bridge Road, Campobello, SC, passed away Thursday, June 27th, at Spartanburg Regional Medical center.Gerolene was born in Campobello, SC on May 22, 1939, a daughter of the late Genevie Susie (Sawyer) and James Newton Clayton.She was the wife of Troy Gene Duncan, a homemaker and a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church. Gerolene is also survived by two daughters, Susan Renee Solesbee, of Campobello; Cindy Gerolene Wilson, of Inman; a son, Jeffrey Newton Duncan, of Campobello; two sisters, Mildred Anders, of Inman; Ruthell Collins, of Landrum; a brother, Vaughn Clayton, of Campobello, 5 grandchildren, Jessica Solesbee, Chad Solesbee, Heather Solesbee, Larry Wilson III, Lindsey Wilson and 3 great grandchildren, Anna Gene Solesbee, Caleb Solesbee and Karleigh Solesbee. The family is at the home and will receive friends Saturday 3:00 — 5:00 at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Walnut Hill Baptist Church at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 30th, with Rev Gary Hensley officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
