Born and raised in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Attending college at Delta State College as a voice major. Then moving to Columbia and Lexington, South Carolina, where she would call home for over 50 years. She later returned to Merigold, Mississippi to care for loved ones.

Gerri was a loving and caring individual to all. She had a tremendous love for music, dance and the arts. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, Aunt, cousin and friend. She was always full of life and spunky. She will be dearly missed but is at peace now.

Gerri is preceded in death by her parents- Norman Franklin and Vada Lee Shelley Fulcher. Her siblings- Dorothy Fulcher Dorr, Norman "Bubba" Lee Fulcher, Will Shelley Fulcher, Vada Mae Fulcher Stuart and her twin sister Kathleen "Kathy" Fulcher.

Gerri is survived by her son, Todd Logan (Shaunna) daughter, Shelley Logan West (Daniel) her grandsons Brooks (Katie) Logan, Cooper Steele Logan, great granddaughter Lilly Olivia Logan and her beloved cousin Flo Hamel Selby.

The family will return her home to Yazoo City, Mississippi to peacefully rest with all of her loved ones.
