Geetha V Shanbhag

Geetha V. Shanbhag, 71, of 831 Nazareth Church Road in Spartanburg, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Geetha was born in Karnataka, India on March 20, 1954, a daughter of the late M. Saraswathi (Sunanda Shenoy) Hedge and M. Gopalkrishna Hedge. She was the wife of Vaman Shanbhag.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by her children; Nikhil Shanbhag, Akhil Shanbhag (Kristin Breanna Collins), and Pallavi Lewis (Patrick Lewis); her grandchildren, Neel Shanbhag, Vivian Grace Lewis, Anil Gabriel Lewis, four sisters and two brothers who all live in India, all of her loving dogs, and other family and friends. She was also predeceased by a son, Anil Vaman "Shan" Shanbhag and a granddaughter, Vivian Allise Lewis.
