Gary Earl Hawkins, 56, of 116 Fleetwood Street in Inman, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at his home.
Gary was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on April 27, 1967, a son of Carolyn Earlene Higgins Hawkins Smith of Moore, South Carolina and the late Thomas Franklin Hawkins. He was self employed and attended Fairmont Methodist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his significant other, Renee Smith of the home, a daughter, Carolyn Renee Hawkins of Inman, a son, Gary Austin Axl Hawkins of Inman, five grandsons, Joey, Jessey, Thomas, Chase, Kenny, and three granddaughters, Kiley, Haven, and Willow, and two sisters, Wanda Harmon and Cindy Large. In addition to his father, he was also predeceased by two brothers, Carroll Hawkins and Joseph Franklin Hawkins.
The family is at the home and will receive friends 2:00 until 3:00 Tuesday at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30th at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman with Rev. Bill Mullis officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman.
