Mr. Gerald Ray Hipp, 72, of 1 Bush Street Inman died Saturday, March 22nd, 2008 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Hipp was born in Inman, S.C. on November 3, 1935, the son of the late William Leonard and Nancy Marie Horton Hipp.
He was retired from Bigelow Sanford and was a member of Inman Mills Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons, Jerry Hipp and his wife Debra of Greer, Billy Hipp of Spartanburg, a brother, Roy Hipp of Inman, and three grandchildren, Joshua, Morgan, and Adam Hipp.
A memorial service will be held at Seawright Funeral Home, Inman, SC, at 5:00P.M. on Monday, March 24th, conducted by Rev. Jack Hames. Interment will be private.
The family is at his home and will receive friends Monday 4:00 until 5:00 P.M at Seawright Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Inman Mills Baptist Church Building Fund, 22 B Street Inman, SC 29349.
