Franklin Wayne (Biscuit) Parsons


Mr. Franklin Wayne "Biscuit" Parsons, 63, of 1274 Dickson Road Campobello passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, June 19th, 2008 at his residence.
Mr. Parsons was born in Pennington Gap, Virginia the son of the late Harold and Ella Mae Terry Parsons.
He was the husband of Connie Canaday Parsons of the home. Other survivors in addition to his wife include his daughter Donna and son-in-law Terry Greene of Inman, a daughter, Leigh Blackwell of Inman, his twin brother, Delano Lane Parsons of Southerlan, Va., a brother V.N. Parsons of Florida, a half brother, Keith Lylerly of Fingerville, two grandchildren, Tressa Dale and Tashler Dane Greene of Inman, and his mother-in-law, Pat W. Canaday of Campobello.
He was the owner and operator Biscuit's Auto Air and had been the co-owner of Fat's Exxon for over twenty years.
He served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart recipient.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 22, 2008 at 3:00pm at Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Beryl Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to Disabled American Veterans P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati , Ohio 45250-0301.
