 Franklin Victor Laws, 62, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Victor was born in Boiling Springs on April 4, 1960. He was the son of the late Franklin D. and Freddie (Seay) Laws, and the husband of Debra (Fletcher) Laws. He is survived by four daughters, Vickie Parris (Robert), Bobbie Jo Laws (Michael Smith), Jamie Burns (Jamie), Amanda Bellew (Chris); a son Donnie Bellew (Christine); two sisters, Cynthia Johnson (Robert), Betsy Johnson (Harold); a brother Scott Laws (Buffy); and seven grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Monday, March 27, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Boiling Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, conducted by Rev. Gary Reeves, visitation will follow the service at the cemetery.
