Greer,SC---Mr. Frank Allen Moore, 89, of 69 Matlock Circle, Greer, SC died Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 at Greer Memorial Hospital. Mr. Moore was born in Greer, SC on December 25, 1919, the son of the late Parks Allen and, Ollie Jane (Peace) Moore. He was the widower of Nellie Mae (Gregory) Moore He had retired from Victor Mills in Greer and was a member of the Greer Masonic Lodge and was a Hejaz Shriner.
Survivors include a son, Steve Moore and a step-son J. L. Gregory both of Greer, SC, a step-daughter, Dorothy Tucker of Campobello, SC, two sisters, Ruth Griffin of Jonesville, SC and Ruby Brewington of Clinton, SC, There are six grandchildren, fourteen step-grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.
No visitation is planned at this time. Private family services will be held at a later date The family is at their respective homes.
