Frances J Wingo

Frances Jean Wingo, 66, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at her home. 

Frances was born on October 12, 1957. She was the widow of Robert Wingo. She is survived by two sons, Eric Wingo (Kristen), Josh Wingo (Ashley), a grandson, Tyler Wingo, a granddaughter, Katelyn Wingo, a sister, Brenda Horton and two brothers Richard Kelly (Donna), Bobby Kelly (Debbie).  She was a member of Whitney Free Will Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held Wednesday October 18, 2023 at Whitney Free Will Baptist Church from 6:00-8:00 PM. Service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, at the church, conducted by Rev Chris White, burial to follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Spartanburg.
