Frances Ann McDowell, 74, of Amber Sky Drive in Boiling Springs, passed away Friday, May 10, 2024 at Spartanburg Hospital For Restorative Care.
Frances was born in Spartanburg on August 26, 1949, a daughter of the late Beulah Faye Dobbins Moore and Lewis James Moore. She was the widow of Franklin McDowell.
She was a member of Boiling Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sister, Nancy Owensby (Terry) of Boiling Springs, a brother, James Moore (Carol) of Spartanburg, and two grandchildren, Garrison and Sullivan Bishop of Moore, S.C. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her son, David Christopher Bishop.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 16th at Springhill Memorial Gardens in Chesnee, with Dr. Hank WIlliams officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boiling Springs Baptist Church, 3600 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, S.C. 29316.
