Frances Elizabeth (Fowler) Hall, 81, formerly of Beech St., Startex, SC, passed away Monday, October 12th, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Hall was born in Clinton, SC on November 30, 1933, a daughter of the late Jesse Franklin Fowler, Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Day) Fowler. She was the widow of the late Benjamin Arnold Hall and was a member of Tucapau Baptist Church. She had retired after working many years as a nursing assistant.
She is survived by a brother, Ralph E. Fowler and his wife Maria of St. Petersburg, Fl., three sisters, Dorothy Brackett and her husband Tom of Seneca, SC, Elaine Belcher and her husband Jack of Inman, SC and Martha F. Settle and her husband Bill also of Inman, SC. Frances was predeceased by a brother, Jesse F. Fowler, Jr.
A graveside service will be held, Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Wood Memorial Park in Duncan, SC conducted by Rev. Monty King. The family will receive friends immediately after the service at the graveside. The family will be at their respective homes.
