Fannie Mae Foster
Mrs. Fannie Mae Evington Foster, 89, formerly of 63 N. Main St. passed away Thursday, August 25th, 2011 at Camp Care Nursing Home in Inman.
Born in Gramling, SC on September 4, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Carrie Elizabeth (Gosnell) Evington. She was first married to the late Mr. Roy Leonard Page and also the wife of the late Mr. Bonnie Guy Foster.
She was a member of Gramling United Methodist Church and retired from Raycord Mills following 30 years of service.
Mrs. Foster is survived by three daughters, Brenda M. Johnson and her huband Donnie of Gramling, SC, Martha E. Condrey and her husband Billy of Inman, SC, Bonnie Darlene Medley and her husband Larry of Inman, SC; one son, William Glenn Foster of Inman, SC; six grandchildren, Shelly B. Fine, Craig Brannon, Scott Condrey, Stacey Condrey, Colby Fowler and Nicky Foster and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by twelve siblings. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Visitation will be held in the Gramling United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall today, August 27, 2011 from 1:30 - 2:45 PM. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM in the Gramling United Methodist Church with Rev. Ben Herlong and Rev. Henry Coley officiating. Burial will follow in the Gramling United Methodist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Vince Fine, Craig Brannon, Scott Condrey, Stacey Condrey, Ryan Fowler and Nicky Foster.
