Evelyn Letha McClure

Evelyn Letha McClure, 93, of Inman, SC, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Evelyn was born in Landrum, SC on April 26, 1932, a daughter of the late Pearl (Tucker) and Fred Bruce. She was the widow of Durand Edward McClure. Her survivors include, four children, Eddie McClure and wife, Debbie, Randy McClure and wife, Cynthia, Karen Peeler and husband, Keith and Robert McClure and wife, Tammy; two sisters, Jean Owens and Betty Bright; a brother, Ronnie Bruce; along with 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sisters, Helen, Margaret and Sandra; two brothers, Bud and Dean.

She was a founding member of Dependent Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 17th at Dependent Baptist Church in Inman, SC with Dr. Joe Geddes and Dr. John Hinkle officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 PM Friday for viewing. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC.
