Evelyn Mae Henderson, 81, of 59 Blackstock Road, Inman, SC, passed away Friday, April 20th, at Camp Care Nursing Home in Inman.
Evelyn was born in Valley Falls, SC on April 10, 1931, a daughter of the late Mattie Sue (Emory) and Boyce Lee Emory.
She was the widow of John Vernon Henderson, a homemaker and a member of Fingerville Baptist Church
Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Wanda Austin, of Inman;
two sons Glenn Henderson, and wife Robin of Inman; Mike Henderson, and wife Cheryl of Chesnee.
Evelyn is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a son: Dale "Cookie" Henderson.
The family is at the home of her son, 129 McIntosh Lane, Inman and will receive friends Sunday 3:00- 5:00 PM at SeawrightFuneral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 23rd, with Rev Bill Hannon officiating.
Burial will be in Fingerville Baptist Church Cemetery, Fingerville, SC.
