Etolia Elizabeth Johnson Blackwood, 96, formerly of 450 Johnson Ave. passed away Thursday, September 12th, at Magnolia Manor of Inman.
Mrs. Blackwood was born in the Holly Springs Community in Spartanburg County, SC on June 11, 1917. She was the daughter of the late Eber and Mattie Elizabeth Caldwell Johnson and was the widow of Ratchford K. Blackwood Sr. She was a retired RN from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center and was a member of Inman First Baptist Church and the Fidelis Matrons Sunday School Class.
Survivors include a son Eber Blackwood and his wife Pam of Inman and a sister Mary Sue Fisher of Aiken, SC. There are five grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by a son Ken Blackwood.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013 at 2:00 PM in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC, with Dr. Paul Moore officiating.
