Inman, SC--- Ethel Nichols Burgess, 84, formerly of Apt. 8-C, 12 West Clark Road, Inman, SC, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Inman Healthcare. Born in Spartanburg County on September 15, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Eddie H. and Texanna (Workman) Nichols.
She is survived by four children, Keith Burgess of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Frances Blankenship and husband Bill of Cowpens, South Carolina, Billy Burgess of Maryville, Tennessee, Sheila Lutz and her husband Paul of Gaston County, North Carolina along with 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by three children: Tony Leon Burgess, Cynthia Ann Ravan and Timothy Phil Burgess.
No services will be held.
