Emo Jean Ellis, 76, of 124 Hearthstone Lane, Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Emo Jean was born in Spartanburg County, SC on September 19, 1937, a daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Burdette) Huntsinger. She retired from Butte Knit and was of the Baptist faith. Emo Jean is survived by a daughter, Tracie Shipman, of Boiling Springs; a son, Jody Clary, of Boiling Springs; two brothers, Bobbie Lee Huntsinger, of Cowpens; Buddy Huntsinger, of San Diego, CA. and one grandson, Tyler Seth McAbee of Spartanburg. She was predeceased by two sisters, Shirley Clary and Mildred Holloway. Graveside services will be held at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, SC, at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 9, 2014. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Seawright Funeral Home ,PO Box 192, Inman, SC 29349.
