Emma Cora Blanchard

 Cora Emma Blanchard, 73, of 283 West Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City, TN. 

Cora was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 2, 1949, the daughter of William and Margaret Seay.  She is survived by a sister, Cathy Smith, a daughter, Alice Glidewell (Mark), grandchildren, Cynthia Hobbs (Will), Aaron Jones (Danielle), Mandy (Josh), Matthew Price, Brittany Kimbrell, Leah, Jay, and a special nephew Earl Rice (Meghan) and 7 great grandchildren.

She was the widow of Donald Jack Blanchard.  She was predeceased by a brother, David Smith, a daughter, Hazel Miller Price, and a granddaughter, Amy Carlson.
