INMAN, SC-- Mrs. Liza Ellen (Stewart) Wright, 72, of 795 Lyman Road, went home to be with her Lord Sunday, June 12th, 2011, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Wright was the daughter of the late Marion and Arbie Lee (Paul) Stewart. She was the wife of David H. Wright and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church, and was a devoted Christian wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She also loved all children and cared for them throughout her life.
Other survivors include a son, David R. Wright of the home; five daughters, Charlene Hammitt and her husband Chuck of Inman, Barbara Wilson and her husband Jeff of Wellford, Tammy Smith and her husband Pastor Randy Smith of Inman, Rhonda McAbee and her husband Lamar of Wellford, and Michelle Wright and her husband Robert of Spartanburg. There are four brothers and two sisters. The twelve grandchildren are: Cindy, Casey, Amanda, Tasha, Austin, Chasity, Nikki, Ashley, Vanity, Jordan, Alex and Cami. There are five great-grandchildren, Kenyon, Shane, Reagan, Mya and Kashton.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 15, 2011, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 16th, with Pastor Randy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, Campobello, SC. The family is at 291 Zimmerman Rd., Inman, SC.
