Elizabeth Louise Pouliot Gardiner, 81, formerly of 2 Orchard Lane, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019, at Magnolia Manor of Inman. Elizabeth was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 6, 1938, a daughter of the late Edward and Blanche Pouliot. She was the widow of Wallace James Gardiner. She was a retired property manager with the Horizon Company in Chicago, Illinois, and of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Gardiner is survived by two sons, James Steven Gardiner and his wife, Teresa, of Greer, South Carolina; Jeffery Gardiner, of Garden City, South Carolina.
Elizabeth is also survived by seven grandchildren, Tara Gardiner, Jeffery Gardiner, Kari Collins, Jesse Gardiner, Emily Gardiner, Jessica Clayton, Tyler Clayton and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Gardiner was predeceased by two sons, Dwayne and Robert Gardiner.
Visitation will be held 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Liberty Baptist Church in Inman, South Carolina. A Memorial Service, conducted by Dr. David Duncan, will follow at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 4, 2019, at Liberty Baptist Church.
The family is at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, James and Teresa Gardiner, 2270 Fews Chapel Road, Greer, South Carolina, 29651.
