Edith "Sis" Love Trail
Mrs. Edith "Sis" Love Trail, 81, of Spartan burg, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 25th, 2008 at Mountainview Nursing Home.
Mrs. Trail was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 19, 1926, the daughter of the late William and Bertie (Satterfield) Love and was the widow of Neal W. Trail.
She was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and retired from T.J. Maxx as a sales associate. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and the Dorcas Sunday School class.
She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Stephens and her husband Mike of Inman; two sisters Peggy Garrett of Moore, Shirley Sparnell and her husband Jack of Georgia; three brothers, Don Love and his wife Mary Ann of Moore, William Love, Jr. of Lyman, Bobby Love of Greer; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Kenneth Harold Trail and Terry Neal Trail.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 3PM on Saturday, June 28th, with Rev. Glenn Rusher officiating.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Cindy, at 185 Cocoa Rd. Inman and will receive friends Saturday 1-3:00pm at Seawright Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Interim Hospice 775 Spartan Blvd. Suite 101 Spartanburg, SC 29301 or the charity of one's choice.
