Dustin (Dusty) Dale Horton
Mr. Dustin (Dusty) Dale Horton, 62, of 304 Mason Rd. Inman, passed away, Thursday, May 15th, 2008 at his home.
Mr. Horton was born in Inman, SC on September 22, 1945, the son of the late LeRoy and Donalie (Hudgins) Horton.
He was employed as a homebuilder and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include, one daughter, Cathy Douglas of Boiling Springs; one son, Dale Horton of Spartanburg; a step-son, Ryan Dumars of Spartanburg; two step-daughters, Margeaux Dumars of Inman and Nichole Speaks of Wilmington, NC; two brothers, Ronald Horton of Inman, and Eugene Howell of Campobello; one sister, Jean Edwards of Inman; step-mother, Azalee Howell of Inman and a longtime loving companion, Judy Dumars. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Luke Douglas, Griffin Douglas, Nathaniel Horton, Jadyn Horton, Nicholas Speaks, Katie Speaks and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Reginald Horton.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, May 18, 2008 at 3 PM at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Donnan Lawson officiating. The family is at the home and will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
