Donald S. Arter, Sr., 50, of 151 Glassy Dr., Inman, SC. passed away Friday, November 16th, 2007 at his home.
He served in the US Air Force and worked as a Restaurant Manager.
He is survived by one daughter Lindsay Waters and her husband Jonathan, Four sons Don Jr. and his wife Sierra, Christopher and his wife Doree, Taylor, Timothy and seven grandchildren: Benjamin, Christy, Zackary, Jenna, Christopher, Jr., Madison, and Rikku. He is also surrived by one sister Marie Arter, Three brothers John, James and David Arter. Seven nieces and nephews all of Maryland.
A private burial was held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens on Nov. 20,2007
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 24, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Bible Truth Chapel, 222 Floyd Rd. Spartanburg, with Rev. Larry Buchanan officiating. Immediatly following the service the family will gather at 5 Wedgefield Drive, Boiling Springs, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association ,364 S. Pine St., Suite B 155, Spartanburg, SC 29301 or Bible Truth Chapel, 222 Floyd Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29303.
