Dianna was born in Hialeah, FL on September 17, 1960, a daughter of the late Janet Bevridge Winfred and Bobby Winford. She retired from SCDOT. She is survived by a son; Bryan Smith of the home and a brother; William "Bill" Winfred of Gillette, Wyoming. She was catholic. In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to a charity of one's choice.
