Dennis Lee Turocy

Dennis Lee Turocy, 74, of Inman, SC, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024 at his residence. Dennis was born in Stowe, Ohio on January 17, 1950, a son of the late Olga (Koscelnik) Turocy and Andrew S Turocy, Jr. Dennis's family immigrated from Hungary to the United States through Ellis Island. Their family is very proud of their Hungarian heritage. He was the husband of Sandra (Bell) Turocy.

In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by a daughter, Lisa Pepin, a son, William Turocy, a sister, Helen Green, a brother, Andrew S. Turocy, III and 3 grandchildren, Jack Turocy, Eleanor Turocy and Alexander Pepin. 

Dennis had a gift of viewing things "Inside out" which enabled him to create and build things and allowed him to obtain a patent for one of his inventions. He had a unique thirst for knowledge and adventure and saw everyone in their best light. Dennis was an avid golfer and car enthusiast/owner. He enjoyed telling stories of his life and the people he met.

A visitation will be held at Seawright Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 PM.
