Dennis Wayne Sherwin, 55, of 141 Longview Drive, passed away Monday, April 8, 2019, at Lake Emory Post Acute Care, in Inman, South Carolina. Dennis was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on April 1, 1964, a son of the late George Sherwin, Sr. and Barbara Ann Kennedy Sherwin. Mr. Sherwin was a retired employee of Prince's Towing Company in Moncks Corner, South Carolina and of the Baptist faith.
Mr. Sherwin is survived by a sister, Teri Sherwin, of Ladson, South Carolina; two brothers, George Sherwin, Jr., of Summerville, South Carolina; John Sherwin, of James Island, South Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The families are at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dennis Sherwin Memorial Fund, PO Box 192, Inman, SC 29349.
