Dennis Eugene Millwood, 61, of 550 Walnut Hill Church Road, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Dennis was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on December 31, 1955, a son of the late T.L. Millwood and Mary Ellen George Millwood. He was the husband of Sandra Akins Millwood. Mr. Millwood was an employee of the City of Spartanburg and a farrier by trade. He attended Stable Life Worship Center and was a member of the Spartanburg H.O.G. Chapter 4813.
In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Burgess and her husband, Lloyd Dean Burgess, of Campobello, South Carolina; a granddaughter, Kennedy Daniels and a future granddaughter, Allee Burgess.
Visitation will be held, Thursday, August 3, 2017, from 1:00 PM until 2:45 PM. at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow in the Seawright Funeral Chapel, at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 3, 2017, conducted by, Rev Joe White and Rev. Josh Miller. Burial will follow at Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, South Carolina.
The family is at the residence.
