Delores Ynez Earley Blackwell, 81, of 236 Overhead Bridge Rd. passed away Monday, June 13th, 2016 at Inman Healthcare in Inman, SC. Mrs. Blackwell was born in Spartanburg County, SC on January 8, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Martha Metcalf Earley. She was the widow of Gary Thomas Blackwell and was a homemaker of the baptist faith.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Blackwell and his wife Gina of Cowpens, SC, Phil Blackwell and his wife Mary Alice of Inman, SC, four sisters, Jean Corn of Fairforest, SC, Betty Hernandez of Rock Hill, SC, Faye Ballard of Alabama, Ellen Roamer of Texas and a brother, Charles Earley of Virginia. Also surviving are six grandchildren, Adam, Seth, and Gage Blackwell, Melissa Crocker, Treven Mode and Betty Jean Nolen. She also has six great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 20, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM at the Open Arms Christian Fellowship Church, 697 Island Ford Rd., Inman, SC. 29349
