Inman, SC---Debra Ann Wolfe Whittingham, 61, of 42 East Main Street, Inman, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at her home, surrounded by her family and friends. Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on June 29, 1954, she was the daughter of Detroit Micheal Wolfe of Inman and the late Freda Ann (Bishop) Wolfe and was the wife of Henry Roland Whittingham. In addition to her husband and father, Debra is survived by a daughter, Constance LeeAnn Whittingham, of Boiling Springs. She was a member of Inman First Baptist Church. Debra was a graduate of Chapman High School, Class of 1972, Clemson University and received her Masters Degree from Converse College. Mrs. Whittingham was the current Director of Field Experiences at the USC-Upstate Department of Education. She also served as the Project Specialist for the Greenville County District Office, Spartanburg District 7 Assistant Principal and Parent Facilitator and was a former District I teacher at OP Earle Elementary School. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 1:30 - 2:45 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 PM with Dr. Paul Moore and Rev. Jeremiah Childers officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
