Debra Ann McLeod Shields, 66, of 140 Shields Drive, Spartanburg, South Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 25, 2020.

Born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on June 13, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Herman McLeod and Frances Parris McLeod and was the loving wife of Graylon Shields having celebrated 49 years of marriage. Mrs. Shields was a member of New Life Baptist Fellowship and was a homemaker and granny.

In addition to her husband Graylon, she is also survived by a daughter, Sandra Robbins and husband Jeff of Spartanburg, South Carolina; a son, Russell Shields and wife Stephanie of Spartanburg, South Carolina; two sisters, Kathy Fowler and husband Larry of Spartanburg, South Carolina and Christy West and husband Joe of Spartanburg, South Carolina; two brothers, Allen McLeod and wife Denise of Beaufort, South Carolina and Gene McLeod and wife Kris of Clarksville, Tennessee along with four grandchildren, Devin Robbins and wife Julianne, Jeremy Robbins, Jordan Painter and husband Jacob and MaKenzy Shields all of Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was predeceased by her parents, Herman and Frances McLeod and one sister, Pam Evans.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at New Life Baptist Fellowship, 350 Old Furnace Road, Boiling Springs, South Carolina, 29316 with Rev. Scott Miller and Rev. Bill Harris officiating.
