Debra Ann Edwards, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Debra was born in Houston, Texas on January 4, 1953, a daughter of the late Beverly Jean (Dent) Brown and Elbert A. Padgett. She was also predeceased by her grandmother, Thelma Louise Rodges Dent.
She was of the Methodist faith and worked as a manager in the food service industry.
Survivors include her three children, Angela Reese of Spartanburg, SC, Christopher Edwards of Moore, SC and Star Blake and her husband Mark of Simpsonville, SC; two brothers, Arlen Padgett and wife Linda of Pauline, SC and Ron Brown and wife Katie of Spokane, WA; two sisters, Millie Little and her husband Richard of Gastonia, NC and Michelle Silliman and husband Jonathan of Spartanburg, SC along with 9 grandchildren, Christy Lopez and husband Rene, Brandon Reese, Joshua Reese, Megan Edwards, Dylan Edwards, Shannon Edwards, William Edwards, Daniel Edwards, Mark Blake, Jr.; and three great grandchildren, Isabelle Lopez, Sophia Lopez and Colten Adams.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd. Spartanburg, SC 29303.
