Mr. David Brooks Black, 55, of Roebuck, SC, passed away, Monday, April 14th, 2O08 at his residence.
Mr. Black was born in Augusta, Georgia on January 3, 1953, the son of John David (J.D.) and Faye (Brooks) Black of Evans, Georgia and was the loving husband of Wanda "Suzie" (Lee) Black of the home.
Survivors include one son, David Black and his wife Christina of Miami, FI; one brother, Tony Black of Evans, Ga.; two sisters Susan King (Darrell) of Dalton, Ga.,Lisa Reddish (Fred) of Odum, Ga; two grandchildren, a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other beloved family members including a special sister-in-law, Lori Toon.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 11AM on Wednesday, April 16th, with Rev. Ed Arrington officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Graveside Services will be held at 4PM on Wednesday, April 16th at Bellevue Memorial Gardens in Grovetown, Georgia with Rev. Don Black officiating.
