Spartanburg, SC---Darren Dwight Cantrell, 43, of Spartanburg, SC passed away in Crystal Beach, Texas on Sunday, June 7th, 2009.
Born in Spartanburg, SC on April 8, 1966 he was the son of Maxie and Ann Cantrell of Inman. Darren worked as a contractor in Texas doing both residential and business construction.
In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by one son, Zachary Dwight Cantrell, one daughter, Melissa Cantrell, two sisters, Cindy Caruso and her husband Paul all of Spartanburg, SC and Pamela Bruce and her husband Marty and a nephew, Nicholas Bruce all of Greer, SC.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 6:00- 7:00PM at Seawright Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 7:00PM in the Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Maxie Cantrell.
The family is at the home of his sister, 220 Morris Bridge Road, Roebuck, SC 29376.
