It is with great sadness that the family of Cindy Fowler announces her passing from this life into eternity at the age of 62 years on the 13th of November 2016. She is the daughter of the late Leroy and Sue Fowler. She is a native of Arcadia and Spartanburg having attended Dorman High School and receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She is retired from Milliken. She loved to travel and excelled at whatever she attempted, especially computers. She is survived by her son Kevin Duane Cogdell and two grandchildren Raegan and Dalen Cogdell. Also surviving are: Sister Connie (Harry) Harness, Brother Stephen (Jan) Fowler. Nieces and Nephews: Christopher, Mary Caroline, and Becket Harness. Jennifer (Kevin) Hazen. Great Nieces: Stephenie and Addie Elizabeth Hazen. She was also pre deceased by nephew Tommy Westmoreland. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Eternal rest grant unto her, 0 Lord. Let your perpetual light shine upon her and may she rest in her peace.
