Inman, SC---Mrs. Cora Jeannette Rhodes Donnahoo, 79, of 139 Inn View Drive, Inman passed away Monday, October 31st, 2011 at her residence.
Mrs. Donnahoo was born in Spartanburg, SC on June 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Darvin and Macie (Gladden) Rhodes and was the wife of John "Jack" Jackson Donnahoo.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter: Jan Nodine and husband Frankie of Inman, a son: Jackie Donnahoo of Inman, one granddaughter: Angie Davis and husband Dave, 2 great grandchildren: Hannah McAntyre and Luke Davis. She was predeceased by her sisters: Annette Everhart and Frances Brown and brothers: Dusty and Major Rhodes.
She retired from Inman Mills after 30 plus years service and then worked at Nodine's Small Engine Repair.
She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church where she was a member of the Sanctuary Sunday school class. She was also an avid bowler.
The family is at the home of her daughter, 1141 Ballenger Road, Inman and will receive friends Wednesday 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Holly Springs Baptist Church, Inman, SC, at 3 :00 PM on Thursday, November 3rd, with Dr. Tim Clark officiating.
Mausoleum Encryptment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
