Mr. Clyde Eugene Crawley, 81, of 92 Brock Street, Inman passed away Thursday, December 9th, 2010 at Golden Age

Mr. Crawley was born in Greer, SC on April 7, 1929, the son of the late Rufus and Mamie L (Hall) Crawley.

He was the husband of Sarah (Waldrop) Crawley having celebrated 60 years of marriage on December 2, 2010.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 1 daughter: Tamara Berduo of Atlanta, GA, 2 sons: Mark Crawley of Campobello, Ricky Crawley of Lake Lanier, 1 brother: Ray A Crawley and wife Joanne of Gramling, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son: Terry Crawley and a grandson Justin Cash.
He was formerly employed at Draper Corp, retired from Rockwell International and worked at Spartan Automotive after his retirement. He was of the Baptist faith and served in the U.S. Navy on the USS New Jersey in the Korean War. Mr Crawley was also a member of the CC and the Riders Band for 21 years.

The family is at the home and will receive friends Sunday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at the Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 3:00 PM on Sunday, December 12th, with Rev Jan King officiating.

Burial with military honors will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Golden Age, 82 North Main Street, Inman, SC 29349 or the charity of one's choice. The family would like to thank the staff of Golden Age for their love, care and friendship to the Crawley family.
