Clarence A. Conard

Clarence Albert Conard, 69, of 972 Iron Ore Road, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Richard M. Campbell Veteran's Nursing Home, in Anderson, South Carolina. Clarence was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, on January 1, 1948, a son of the late Mige and Lucianne DeMas Conard. He was the husband of Dianne Seay Conard. Mr. Conard served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a retired employee with Cryovac Industries, a member of Inman First Free Will Baptist Church, a member of the Father Pleasers Sunday School class and a mason.
In addition to his wife, Clarence, is survived by two step sons, Phil Ayers, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; Chris Ayers and his wife, Anna, of Duncan, South Carolina; a brother, Roger Conard and his wife, Maggie, of Chesnee, South Carolina; a sister-in-law and special caregiver, Robin Kennedy, of Woodruff, South Carolina; four grandchildren, Ryan Ayers, Megan Ayers, Jackson Ayers and Isabella Ayers.
In addition to his parents, Clarence was predeceased by a son, Robbie Conard; a daughter, Lucy Conard and a brother, Lawrence Conard.
A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, South Carolina, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 15, 2017, conducted by, Rev Sean Fortner and Rev. Buddy Seay.
